Our mission is simple but powerful: to promote student success through mentoring programs and resources designed to support those who follow non-traditional paths, are first generation high school or college students, have accessibility needs, or are Persons Excluded because of Ethnicity or Race (PEER).

We are passionate about expanding participation in STEM and related fields, striving to create opportunities for all students—not just those who are academically talented or high-achieving, but anyone who desires the chance to grow and succeed.
